people that are (usually) overweight can get "sleep apnea", which affects their sleep.

LOL cigs help me stay awake while commuting to school. i have forced chronic insomnia.
im not the one with the sleeping disorder. hell i can be laying on top of a box, or phone and i can still fall asleep. ive done it too.

I've worked my azz off to be where I am (120+hrs./week for 5yrs.)
I jsut never finished college (only went to DVC fer a couple years, whilst working Full Time++)

make yourself a cup of Sleepy Time tea and put some "Valerian" in it. It comes from a root and is put into liquid form that you can by at heath food stores like Whole Foods etc...
the stuff works trust me.
for an extra added sleep helper. Have sex or pleasure yourself first. Then you'll be out for the night.
