that ish thing is true, but when i have trouble sleeping i usually just get out of bed, make sure im not frustrating myself trying to fall asleeep. pick up a mag of a book, read a bit, and then try again. cold showers help too, get cold, then get back in bed and as you warm up you should get sleepy.

what if you already are dead tired, but just cant seem to sleep. and when you do pass out, you dont feel like you've had a good night sleep?

get some trazadone (generic for desyrel), take some alcohol too (bud is nice also!), you WILL sleep...

If that doesn't work, you could take Ambien, but I've never tried it.

I take trazadone every night with my jacked up knee and leg, it works.

4-5 shots of bacardi 151? hahah...j/k.

i find that i sleep better if i worked out that day. maybe you should hit the gym, lift, and jog a mile or two afterwards.
