Not too sure, just looking for some 18's and i thought i'd start here off first to help a fellow i-clubber if they are trying to trade wheels. Just seeing what options are open here before i just buy some new/used one's.

If nothing comes up, i might just stick with what i have and just paint them flat black. I like my wheels a lot and especially the tire size but i was just seeing what was out there if anyone was down to trade. I'm even down to throw a little bit of money on top of if the trade offer is good.

I'm sure he's talking about Rota directly, and not suby/wheeldude. But still, we're close enough that we could try to get that wheel replaced under warranty.

I was pissed, but whatever. So, I dunno Greg, that's hard to swallow. One of us at suby/wheeldude might have been able to help with that. Maybe it was a discontinued wheel?

This was back when I worked for Marin Mazda-Subaru and sold a set to a client with an Outback Sport. I called you guys, you told me warranty was an issue between me and Rota directly, and I went to the guy you told me to contact. As a matter of fact, near the end of this whole debacle, I believe it was you or Joe that dropped by and picked up the wheel to transport it back to Rota to show them the crack.

I left Marin Mazda-Subaru with that issue still unresolved. The client came to see me about six to eight months later at the place I moved to, and told me he finally simply bought another set of wheels.

I totally remember now. I came and got the wheel from you. I think it was a Steel Grey Downshift, and they stopped making those long, long ago. I'm sorry that it didn't work out for that customer, but if the wheel is not in stock in the PI or in hayward, there really isn't much they can do. It's not like Wheels have a lifetime warranty, but Rota does do what they can for owners, I think it was just circumstances that they couldn't get the same wheel. I remember them needing to check in the PI, but those wheels went out of production long ago.

for what its worth, i had 4 rota's crack on me. i never once spoke to subydude. i contacted rota specifically. They asked for pictures, i gave them to them. They gave me any choice of rota i wanted, completely free of charge, no questions asked. +1 for rota.
