One good downpipe, and one cracked downpipe
Pics say everything. $100 for the good one. $40 for the cracked one that will need a little welding (probably $40 at an exhaust shop).
Good one:
A Helix. In good shape. Catless. Wideband bung welded a little ways past the bell mouth. Someone said it wouldn't fit their STi and hit the subframe. Not sure how that could be. I can say that my wide band sensor was really like and hit my 6 speed transmission, so that was an issue for me. Should work on a 5 speed for SURE (Tyler Stockwell can confirm fitment).

Cracked one:
Bell mouth. No name brand (eBay?). Wideband bund welded near bellmouth.

Your cracked one might be a Megan Racing one. The one I had for my LGT cracked similarly and the bellmouth portion mating to the down section looks the same with how it's shaped and welded.
