Problem is...we don't have a WRX auto transmission in the Forester. I finally had to clue them in that you put a Forester transmission in second, it locks itself with 50/50 torque split, and let them dyno it after that.
Funny that when I get on it from a dead stop, there is this whine (kind of like a rally car whine) from right near the footwell...
Wasn't there before.

dyno was kinda a joke
04/05 sti
he had a slipping clucth, he only made 2 runs out of about six the run he showed was his 4th of the day
stock tmic, fp green, injectors, exhaust, water injection he said about 97 octane
with bad *** heat soak so bad that when the i - speed guy touched it looked like he burnt his hand
anyways put down close 500 whp and some ungodly like tq number
good stuff

Okay, I re-read it and now I think I got it, they put an auto WRX harness into the auto Forester to lock the center diff to 50/50 torque split...but the harness isn't made for the Forester....
Did they break the center diff? or is that just chatter? I agree though, I see how it could've broken, because differences in wheel loads are on the back of the CD.
