Oakland is their home and it will take either new ownership or a massive change in the city management for a new ballpark to enter the picture. You can whine all you want about territorial rights, but Oakland willingly gave them up. They didn't have to, but they did. If it wasn't a territorial issue, they'd likely be the San Jose A's and the ballpark would be 45 miles South of Oakland. Something tells me there would be a LOT of people up in arms about that move, especially when they get their invoices for season tickets (see Santa Clara/San Francisco 49ers).

A's: Sure! Here, you can have all this for FREE!
Giants: Right on!
FF 50+years or whatever
A's: Yoooooo, we'd like to move to SJ. Can we have our rights back
Giants: Ummmmm.... No. We like our Hipster fans in SF, and we REALLY like our rich tech fans from SJ. See you in court, losers.
A's: But...
They're not stuck playing in a sewer of a coliseum because of the Giants. You need to look at the extremely wealthy ownership (who are content to be "takers" from the league) and the City of Oakland for a resolution to that issue. The San Jose A's they will not be.

But in the end, you are right. Our ownership SUCKs, and is the real reason we are going no where (on and off the field)
Big game, Madbum sharp, recovered big time in that 3rd inning rally with the error of course, could have been real bad with Hosner at the plate. Giants just played some good baseball after that.
And... Posey out at the plate again. He'll end up with a smash eventually in the series. Hunter Pence didn't have a HR in all of the World Series games and he set the tone.
