Yea, it was

The parking lot the SRiC crew was in had at least 60. Then there were the two other lots that were full and all the parking up by the horses. So easily over 250 cars im guessing

I would say easily 200 cars closer to 3. I don't remember any past BAMs filling up every lot there.

Ball park that's pretty accurate after talking to the rangers and what not.

Bottom line is that I actually had to dial back some of the attention we were getting from other forums and what not because of the site. We literally filled the park. At one point the Ranger came to talk to me and let me know that there was ZERO parking for people just trying to come enjoy the park. We filled every paved lot they had, we filled a dirt lot used for people bring horses and we had people parking up by the front gate.

I love Mt. Hammy. I love the road. I love the park. The rangers were very kind to us an turned their heads when they saw people walking around with beer and what not. But there is no way that we can use Mt. Hammy for anything but the occasional drive and meet. The annual meet is going to be moved.

As Gagan mentioned early he and I will be tag teaming this next year and doing things MUCH different than they've been done in the past. My goal this year was that everyone would have a good time and we'd lay the foundation down for legitimizing the event for one reason because we have no choice.

This meet is the LARGEST subaru only event in california. Period. Subyfest is a bigger deal because of the track time and the set up and what not but they do not get more cars. Maybe they will this year, who knows. I'll be trying to go.

The crew we had this year was off the hook. Gagan and I are going to be expanding on what I started this year as far as having heads of different areas and we'll do our best to get things running smoother and smoother every year so that given the year another person can step in... take the keys and continue the meet if need be.

I'll be putting up a few threads over the next week in regards to bam 2012 so keep your eyes out. Possibly another raffle prize. Thank yous and even the annual **** talking thread. We need input to make this better but remember... tread lightly and try to keep the input constructive. A lot of people put in a lot of time and money to make this happen.

When Ray posted DSav408's work contribution the other nite, I was stoked! Sux that I forgot to check them out up close. Put myself on the mailing list for protection products for the upcoming season!

I know there were tons of other things that weren't listed in the OP, too.

So yeah... what did y'all lucky ducks score?
