I did the same thing. I actually just dropped a line to Skunk2. I used to run with them back in the day as a soft sponsor on my civic and I was like... DAMN IT. They're doing subaru stuff now. Idiot. Next year I'll be blasting EVERYONE in the world to get stuff. LOL.
So far I've only had one person come back and say... no I only support blah blah blah. All of our official vendors kicked down and a few others.
Next year man. I tried to step it up this year and I'll step it up more next year.

If you guys want to do a flat cash donation that is awesome too. I will have an envelope in the cash box that's tagged donations. All funds will be put directly in to that envelope.
I will also have a separate deposit area for all raffle ticket sales and sticker sales so that money goes direct to the donation. There will be no intermingling of overhead costs and funds intended for charity. Period.
I am working on a credit card system (thanks Jamison) so hopefully we'll have that figured out as I'm umm... slow in the brain right now and couldn't get it together. If that's set up there will be a separate itemized section for donations.
Thank you.

Completely skipped my mind. I was riding in the van back to work with my boss and I was talking to him about i-club and BAM and he goes... Why don't we raffle off a helmet or two? I was like duh what the fuuuuuuuuuh. He busts a nut when it comes to charity events man. Damn.

As for the cash box. Not a bad idea. I'll see how things pan out. I want to keep cash sources at the minimum.

I'm seriously stoked to see anything on the raffle table.
If anyone out there works places that might be willing to throw something in the ring please ask them. I know it's last minute but it's an awesome way to help. I don't care if it's gift cards to starbucks. Everything helps.
Thanks everyone!
