^^ you guys do know that Renault owns Inifniti right? I think they go with the Infiniti brand because it is easier to market then Renault. Especially in the US. Just my .02 Cents

I do know about the Nissan/Renault connection, but I don't see how it'd help Infiniti with marketing here in the US F1 isn't as big as it is elsewhere. I'm not sure how much the marketing is helping Infiniti in Europe either.
not sure if this is posted

Qualifying should be more exciting Teams vote in favour of new qualifying format
-Q1 will be 18 minutes
-Q2 will still be 15 minutes , all cars in Q2 get an extra set of option tires to be used in Q3 if they make it to Q3, and those that don't make it to Q3 get to keep the extra option tires to use during the race
-Q3 will be 12 minutes, all cars must use the extra set of option tires received in Q2, and all cars will start the race on the tires used in Q2

10 grid spots is always a big ask, however, it will depend on what sort of tire deg teams get with the options this season. The tire would have to last an awfully long time to make it useful enough to sit out Q3.

Red Bull began the day hoping to be able to move on to performance testing with their RB10 but Sebastian Vettel failed to complete a single lap during the entire session.
