Orange would have worked well, too.

One comment I read that I thought was quite funny about this photo was, "McLaren is the first team to have VizFlo drip on the straights."

What a shame that Alonso got taken out by such a freak occurrence.

In so many years of tear offs and 2x this has happened, so definitely rare. Although if it wasn't this, it was bound to be something else on that car to break down. McLaren may have found some reliability, but sure haven't found much pace.

What about Button? Wasn't he facing some brake issues as well? Barcelona is pretty hard on brakes overall.

Yesterday's man | F1 Blog by Darren Heath - 2015 Spanish GP

I can't agree with Darren here. F1 without Kimi would be boring, not the other way around. He's given us at the least great comedic value in his dialogue, or lack thereof, and the best scenario we got to see some seriously brilliant passing while he was at McLaren, a WC where he won 6 races and never stopped trying and sure, he's faded a lot recently... But they all do at some point in their careers. Darren is pretty off base IMHO.

F1 also needs Pastor McDonald and the Lotus team and Vettel's tantrum with blue flags over the radio.
