The list just keeps growing still. Of course not all of these are 100% coming.
I also want to know who is doing dirt and who is staying on tarmac.

2) huck :White WRX with bronze wheels (Huck) TARMAC
3) 02scubyroo :WRB WRX with no wing and gun metal wheels (Adam) TARMAC
4) Xero : haven't seen the car (Alan) ? if coming
5) hayscoob : White STi (Paul) TARMAC
6) Daredevil : Black WRX with bronze wheels (Max) DIRT?
7) dropkick_muppet :Silver WRX (Don) DIRT / TARMAC ?
8) psoper : Black WRX wagon with gun metal wheels (Pete) DIRT
9) soundwave : Silver WRX with gunmetal wheels (Preston) DIRT
10) qwk_wrx : Point Reyes person (name?) DIRT / TARMAC?

If half the people show up i'll be happy. Please reply if you can come and if you want the dirt road or the tarmac. It will determine the order in which we line up.

Hey qwk_wrx, i'm surprized i've never seen you at any of the North Bay gatherings before.

I live in Woodacre, so you're right down the road from me.

Well Preston the road that we'll be on it's very rocky. It's just dirt and mud. It's also not travelled too much so i don't think they'll be too big of ruts. I pretty sure your car should be fine. But how low do they srpings go. I pretty sure last time huck took his car on the dirt it was lowered by 1 1/2 and he was fine. Do you have any room for wheel travel in the well?

Oh and thanks for the up date there crash n burn.

crash n burn: when we (the north bay crew) get together for a drive we tend to drive very fast pushing our cars and ourselves to the limit. But if you are now comfortable with that stick to the back of the pack (or maybe half way) usually it's only the first 4 to 5 cars that are really pushing. And then we wait up in certain places for the rest of the pack to catch up. We don't want to make anyone uncomfortable while driving. Please just stay to your limits.

i'd think you'ld be fine. But we can talk to the experts the day of the drive. Pete, Huck, Don etc...

Plus i'll be driving the road before hand so i'll have a better idea of the currant condition of the road.

crash n burn: well about your question of police. Most of the roads we will be driving on it's very doughtful that you'll see any other cars. And cops. that is out of the question. Over the past 100 times i've been out there driving the wheels off the car i only eve saw one cop. The good thing about these roads are that most of them do not have posted speed limits. Some when i went blasting past the cop at 55 mph on a set of twisties he couldn't do anything. I was in my limits and on my side of the road. But chances are we won't see any. Plus i have a radar detector and will be in front. Pete also has one along with Max and a few others.

As far as a camera goes. I would love to have someone taking pictures. I don't have a digital camera. but i would like to stop in a few places are photo ops. And the video mount sounds great. Psoper has one too and it would be nice to see some video of a line of cars oing around the turns.
