GST Motorsports: Parts, service and tuning, on the border of Union City and Hayweird
Speed Element: Parts, parts, and service: Located in Fremont
Subydude: Some parts and your source for Rota wheels (He's the biggest Rota importer and will give you a great price on wheels and tires: Located in Fremont
Those are the top 3 shops for various stuff. I don't think there are any great Subaru shops around your specific area (not that I know of).
Stay away from Stevens Creek for ANYTHING EXCEPT PARTS! Their parts dept is great, the rest of the shop is a NIGHTMARE. Seriously, stay away from that place!
