theres gotta be. If people have enough ***** to sing in bands by chanting and screaming words you cant even understand, theres gotta be ones that can sing like normal rockers should.

but im not suprised you cant find one, singing is just different

It wasn't a bad album at all, just different. Yes, it didn't have many Stare At The Sun or Paper Tigers tracks, but still good.

Guess you didn't run out to pick this up huh?

LOLLLLLLLLLL AHHHHHHHHHH!!! i didnt know! i waited so long for Vheissu it kinda killed it for me. I listened to the radio when 104.9 was on in SJ, when they got cancelled i turned to CDs, now 104.9 is back and i constantly switch from those two 107.7 98.5...94.9 and 106.3 if i wanna laugh haha. Yeah i still have never owned an MP3 player in my life :[

Paper Tigers is my favorite song!

so if you had to tilt this album to one side or the other, would it be old or new Thrice?

I went to their show in SJ with Dashboard which was pre Vheissu, now im scared to go to a newer show of theirs

Well the thing about this album is it is part of a series that they are doing. This is Fire & Water, the next one which will be released in the Spring will be Earth & Wind. That being said, the Fire disc (did I mention it's 2 cds?) is pretty hard. Similar to the hard tracks on Vheissu. I'm sure you can figure out the mood of the Water disc. It's good, but if you didn't like the last album I'm not sure how you will take to this one.

You can hear a few tracks here:

Dashboard? God I feakin' hate them. Watch out, they'll suck the manhood out of you. I swear, that's the lead singers ***** are in a vice when he spouts that crap.

oh, and everyone knows that Identity Crisis is Thrice's best album. None of that watered down, radiofriendly garble. Just pure sincerity.
