The tires are great. I went through the stockers (Potenza RE070) and then two sets of RT 615s like yours. The road noise on the Dunlops are a lot better. I haven't really gotten into them yet, but from what I read here:

They're pretty good.
I didn't realize AI also sells tires. I was planning on getting the tires and having them do the alignment, but I might just call them up and see how much it would cost total for everything.

Been getting tires at Auto Innovations since I got my WRX (2001). The first couple times I checked online first and they were very competitive with online prices without me having to ask them anything about price and when they didn't know me from Adam. Now I don't check online anymore, I know they're good to go.

I send everyone who asks me about tires there, most of whom are just regular people who drive a Camry or whatever. A good deal is a good deal and when it's a locally owned shop with good service to boot, it's like win-win-win.

Stevens Creek Goodyear is still giving discounts to i-club members. I called today asking about a new set of snow tires and first asked if they were still giving discounts to members and they said "Yes, but its limited" so I dunno if the savings are going to be as much as before.

They quoted me $4xx-$515 for OTD price on a new set of tires (205/55/16) depending on which ones I chose but I ended up going in another direction.

Still seems kinda pricey but then again I dont know how much snow tires run and how much of a discount is offered on special order items, it may be different on items in stock...

During the summer I did get 4 new tires for my civic @ $230 or so OTD.

Wow really? Shoot I just looked at the 225/45/17 Star Specs on Tire Rack and they went up to $131.00/tire (they were just $122/tire when I checked last). DOH!
