I'll try to post up the wiring diagrams after you post up your answers. What Im having a hard time getting my head around is how your car starts up randomly if you have no power to the fuel pump relay. Either its a intermittent electrical issue or user/equipment error on probing. Maybe smack the back to the fuse block and do a little wire tugging (no homo) to see if you get power at the fuse? try swapping fuel pump relay with a similar relay?
Well everything works after putting power directly to the ignition fuse (15amp) using the power probe.
The relay, fuel pump, and and cluster works fine..its just no power going to the fuse (ignition fuse) from the ignition switch after turning the key to "ON" position

The power on that fuse comes from the battery >> 80A main fuse >> SBF-5 30A fuse

no idea why it wont embed

As far as I can tell, there should be power there at all times. You also said sometimes your cluster wont work and power to that is off another circuit so there is a chance you have a corroded/bad connector somewhere. I would start following the power line from the battery to the main fuse box and onward to try and locate it. Unplug everything and make sure there are no corroded connectors anywhere.

lol was going to post you sure its not an alarm because a car starting and shutting off 2secs later sounds alarm like (seen it many many times on other make cars) but you said it only started sometimes. weird **** man, glad you got it figured out.

did you have an aftermaket alarm installed?
