Need help with charge problemo.

you gotta ask yourself, why IS IT DRAINING?


1. you have a massive load taxing the charging system. remember, when the engine is running, the alternator is providing all the power that the car needs. only when the overall load is greater than the output of the alternator, does the battery come in. and then, the battery will start to lose its juice.

or

2. you STILL have a bad charging system. does the vehicle have a voltmeter that you can monitor? and do you have a separate voltmeter to confirm that on-board one?

at walmart's car battery section, there is a $15 meter that will tell you how your charging system is. it plugs into the cig lighter. it can sense when the engine is running (will tell you the charging health) or not (will then just display voltage).

another is checking the resistance of the cables. if you have high resistance (poor cable, poor cable manufacturing, bad crimps, etc), well that also affects the charging system.

did you replace with proper gauge cables? like 4 gauge or thicker?

ok I changed it once but you won't believe what it was.

Gage/Idle fuse burnt up.

Seriously pissed.
