I vote for calling the local animal control and making sure her breeder's licensing is current. Make sure you let them know by showing the emails you have that she is running a breeding facility.

Unless she's licensed for that, she might find herself in a much more expensive position by screwing you over...

...and if it is, the email trail you have of her promising you all this should be enough to prove that she's in that business, and that you have money coming to you.

 

go to animal shelter and get a dog that NEEDS a home. thats wut i did.

No I don't want a dog from her. I even have another person lined up who is really a great person and I've spent some time with them etc. so in that sense it worked out (keep in mind this was a miracle) as I don't trust her at all and would have been nervous to have one of her dogs even if she had offered me anything like what she had promised. But I'm still out my 400. I will check into the breeders stuff, that seems like it'd be a good thing to check, thanks Roo. All my emails prove is that she promised me a dog and one could definitely see that she lead me on into believing down the road she'd still have something for me(i dunno what the law would be on that etc.. ) This lady does a great job with her emails and website, grammar etc but its a total scam.

basically after all the **** got messy and dogs dying combined with my odds looking poorly but her leading me on etc... I decided i probably shouldn't even take a dog from her, and I'd just wait until the time came and she didn't have what she promised, and just be nice and get my money back even though she wasted 6 months of my time and chances to look for other breeders.

so the time came and she didn't have what she promised, or doesn't and she won't give me my money back. Long day at work im so confused with e verything write know i hope this makes sense
