Talking about those big white vinyle letterings you see on the front or back windshields of cars.

Does it mean norcal as in Northern Calfornia, the typical term? Or is it some car club, gang affiliation, or Spanish word for rice, etc?

 

wow haha, it does mean northern california. unless you are in walnut creek where some friends of mine were told to remove them because they were gang affiliated stickers.

i see a lowered WRB Bugeye Wagon sometimes on my way to work (87>101N) with a Black Nor*Cal banner on his rear window. Doesnt ever wave
