WE SELL DUAL TIP BOSAL EXHAUST MAN!

Bosal is nice and all... but you'll make more power on the Stromung/Cobb/Magnaflow mufflers than a chambered one...

I'm looking out for your best interests... not getting tickets!

forget this... stupid noobs can't search for anything on nasioc. I can't find any good info, the place is flooded. Run the bosal, the differences aren't huge. I'm just a Stromung junkie.

i guess the only thing that really bothered me is the fact that he had his mind made up he was going to tow me even BEFORE he checked the car out... i guess what's even more sad is that i'm not surprised.

I don't even think with a violation of having no cats can he tow your car. I'll read the VC later on today if i get the chance. Man, Joey gets some new toys

But honestly, time to put a Stromung Dual Tip on that car,
I second that one. I run a TurboXS Downpipe, catback adapter pipe, and Stromung 3" catback to Dual Tip muffler and I love it. I have also had 3 or 4 cops behind me checking out my car and they haven't looked twice at my muffler since it doesn't look like a grapefruit shooter. Just keep rear of the muffler section dirty or a little less shiny than chrome and you can pull off the fake. Plus the sound and construction of the Stromung muffler is superb. Very nice construction and design. It fits PERFECT.

Just my $.02. Good luck Joe.

I would assume that they would need a warrant or probable cause just like they would when they try to search your trunk or glovebox if it is locked. The only thing they can look through legally is the passeneger compartment. Although, probable cause is not very hard to find.

Even with probable cause, they need your permission or a warrant to search your vehicle. If they say "Pop your hood", you have the right to deny that request.

If you've got nothing to hide, you might want to just let him though - the sad truth is he's getting paid to be there and you're not, so he'll have no problem trying to get a warrant and check your car out.

umm.. first off they need probable cause to pull you over and they need to say some reason that they did pull you over. and then they can pop the hood. they cant jsut pull you over and ask you to pop your hood for no reason. i have never heard of cops pulling you over for these things, is there a new law or something? or maybe its jsut the mean cops
