theres no point fighting 2 simple tickets like no proof of insurance and no front plate, he can quickly screw on a lisence plate and show an officer his proof of insurance and get his ticket signed off right away, then all he has to do is go to the court and clear it.
I talked to Joe on the phone and according to him he did HAVE insurance, but he just didn't have a copy of it on him cuz he jus cleaned his car out.
I don't think its worth fighting it for a lousy $10.

I think when you sign for your permit, there is somethin' in some small fine print that says "I allow cops to blah blah blah blah test for alcohal, blah blah blah, inspect car if necessary, blah blah" They have a right to check your car if they think you are not runnin' by legal standards I believe.

Just put the plate on, and and grab the insurance paper, and go down to UCPD and get it signed off by some cop whos leaving the building...

But honestly, time to put a Stromung Dual Tip on that car, and go Spoilerless, Spec-C style. And get the black intercooler.

but isn't there some limit.... on having illegal mods to the car... at a certain point they can tow it...
