If that guy wants to get technical with words ...

Ask him how a picture can support PS2 blah blah blah. Can't? Then he didn't send what he advertised, even though he did advertised a picture.

Him listing the specs of the PS2 is really probably irrelevant to Ebay, they'll more than likely tell you to **** off.

If I were you I'd try and cancel whatever form of payment you sent to him. Worst he can do is put negative feedback, and you can attach your comments to his feedback it won't really reflect poorly on you.

Do you have the seller's name, address, phone number
and email address? Post them everywhere along with
the URL and see what happens...

I've encountered bad sellers on ebay, I make it a habit to report them cause ebay won't ban a seller until they get enough complaints.

also, i don't see anything there that says you can't return the item if you're not satisfied... although i don't think shipping will be refunded and since the seller is already an a**, he'll probably just ignore you.
