Same here... I moved here from Germany and picked northern CA mostly for the weather and scenery. I refuse to live anywhere near the snowbelt, or in excessively hot and/or humid locales, and I love to be near the ocean. My job and my friends are here. Also, the Bay Area has a broad range of very attractive cultural and recreational offerings while still allowing me to live in rural surroundings. I think it'd be hard to find this combination of characteristics in too many other places, so I just put up with the BS dished out in Sacramento.

That said, there aren't many nice places, outside of Bum**** USA, that haven't been tainted by Libtards and their assbackwards politics.

Maybe FL? Coastal TX? The Carolinas? I need to be near the ocean and I hate snowy winters.
FL=Hurricanes every year
Coastal TX=Massive illegal immigration on the west coastal region, hurricanes on the east coastal region.
NC=Hurricanes every year

I notice that a lot of the places you want to live are nice because they don't have Conservatives overrunning the state. Of course, there are exceptions, but for the most part...

If I had the means to move, yes I would. Short list of possible locations though.

1. A small prefecture on the outskirts of Tokyo or Osaka, Japan.

2. Vancouver, BC.

3. Hawaii is also nice if I stayed in the US.

I like being in, or around a very large metropolitan city, so any of those will accomodate me.
