For some traffic violations you are able to request traffic school which erases the point from your record. Since the courts are so busy, many times they will allow you to go to traffic school more than one time in 18 months. There have been documented cases in which people have been allowed to go to traffic school more than 8 times in one year and still have PERFECTLY CLEAN records.

Actually, I read something on ticket asassin saying that the whole 18 months thing is up to the judge and not at all set in stone.

I also read that this Ticket Asassin guy has never heard of someone being denied their request to go to traffic school. Here's the logic:

If you go to traffic school, the state gets 30 extra dollars from you. If you don't go to traffic school, your insurance company raises your prices through the ****ing roof, but the state never sees a penny of that money.

Which do you think our greedy *** piece of **** government is gonna go for? That's right, the extra 30 bucks.

Sometimes it's nice that our leaders are such greedy pigs, it makes em nice and predictable.

Did you bother to read the rest of the thread or at least the post right before yours?

I'm just curious, because I could swear somewhere in there it said something to the effect of:

"Actually, I read something on ticket asassin saying that the whole 18 months thing is up to the judge and not at all set in stone."

Oh yeah, look at that. Word for word. You're not going to get into trouble for this because it's not a law that is set in stone.

Steppin Razor, so can you give us an update on your status? Is you record still clear of those two tickets or did you get in any trouble for doing traffic school twice? I got 2 tickets in one month so it says i'm elgible for traffic school twice. Thanks
