Me 1, Santa Clara County 0

Okay so I got my 2nd speeding ticket in three months so I was kinda worried about it going on my record and raising my insurance. Since you can only do traffic school once every 18 months, I was gonna plead not guilty.

BUT, it turns out that you can call up the courthouse and pay your fee with credit card by means of automated machine. (There was a $13 processing fee but I'm not complaining) You have the choice of paying your bail amount or paying the bail amount plus the extra $30 or what ever that allows you to go to traffic school. So of course I opt to pay the extra bucks and sure enough in the mail 3 days later I get a letter saying that I'm eligible for traffic school!!! HAHAHAHAHAA.

So now all I have to do is complete www.onlinetrafficsafety(forRetards).com's little course and I'm off scot free. Nothing goes on my record (which is still perfectly clean after 4 tickets now) and I can proceed to drive like the ******* I always have. HAHAHA just kidding.

Lesson: If you get a ticket, no matter how often, always try to request traffic school. (The best way is to call the machine so that you don't have to speak to a person who might say no) They'll probably give it to you, but if they deny you, you can always still plead not guilty and probably still get out of it.

Talking

I'd bet you got your tickets so close to each other that the system didn't have time to register the fact that you've already been to traffic school. I was going out with a lady who liked to drive 280 at 80-100 mph. She did this almost every day for a year (I lived in SJ and she lived in South City). She wound up getting two tickets in the same weekend and was able to go to school for both of them because of the same reason.

Three months isn't all that close. Plus I guarantee that machine I spoke to had any idea whether or not I even had previous offenses. And the fact that I received the letter so quickly leads me to believe that the machine probably just printed out the letter and it got sent right out.

interesting... I think i might try to do this with my San Juaqin county tix...

I heard that if you do take traffic school within 18 months of taking is previsouly, you get a conviction on your record. So i dunno Tim, you might have put yourself in some deep ****.

a titan is a warrior. a clipper is a baller. a laker is a pu$$y. it's that simple.

(actually the lakers used to be in montana or minessota where they have a crapload of lakes. so they were the lakers. and i'm sure they were pu$$ies even back then )

dood gagan why you gotta come with that? you know i cannot be stopped. i am above the law. okay maybe that's going a bit too far . haha i don't know where you heard you get a conviction for doing traffic school more than once in 18 months, but whoever told you was wrong. (was it your parents trying to scare you?)

i highly recommend taking my path of action, you can't go wrong. contact me if you want more facts.

That's what I was thinking but I took noth Greek and Latin and do not remember hearing about any god Titan. I have been wrong once or twice before so you never know.

EDIT: A Titan is actually any of a family of giants born of Uranus and Gaea and ruling the earth until overthrown by the Olympian gods. That's why I don't know what they are. Looks like I have to brush up on my pre- Greek history.
