SF>OC? How? You like stepping in hep-c infested bum **** on the way to your car that has had its window broken? The roads in such disrepair you need a Sherman tank to navigate? The ridiculous traffic due to the overpopulation of a tiny city? Then, yeah, SF wins by a landslide.

OC (Newport and Huntington mostly) people are generally ****bags, but at least they earn their keep.

Quality of life is heads and shoulders above SF though. Thats what I was getting at. Don't think I like most SF residents either, but it boils down to who you'd rather deal with: a bunch of passive aggressive hippies or a bunch of suburban dorks who think they're all tough.

Again these were shot with a point and shoot 3.2 megapixel camera. Nothing fancy, no telephoto lens. But you can still get a feeling for the size of these waves. These are from 2006, the first couple give you an idea of where you have to view the waves from.

^ Thats what happens when dumb people go near the ocean.

Pretty high tide, 40ft swells...sure, lets stand on a jetty.

Like a said before, its now a corporate and media circus.

Oh look, a NorCal/SoCal pissing match, how original

Having lived in both, I can't really say which one I like more, they both have their plusses and minuses.
