Sounds like things have developed quite nicely since I last viewed this thread. I personally saw Mark run the last time. It's nice to see a Sti evenly matched against a Viper. Hope nothing changes and It's a tie again.

P.S Viper has dyno chart up. No Sti chart to view

Treynor...your wife's car is that badass? OMG...tell me that isn't her daily driver.

Do you need a side dish? Where can I sign up?

As do I - the close races are the most fun. Mark's playing his cards close to his chest, so we'll see what he has cooked up when the day arrives. I'd say he needs 550-600 AWHP to make things really close - not easy, but within the realm of reason.

Only when the sun is shining. It's really a pleasant car to drive, and if you don't mash the gas you'd never know it's making 800 HP. A bit like the SL65 in that regard, actually.

Heh. Now *this* is a new twist on the usual "can you adopt me" request. Let me just check with central...

*THWACK*

Err, I'm afraid the answer is no. And I now have a black eye :rotfl:

Mark wasn't able to run his STi this time; he mentioned in a different thread that he's going to be ready for the Grudge match in late May. I'm going to tweak my car's gearing in preparation; it should be able to run 10.8s all day long if I can get it to hook up on the launch.

Well, my car was, until i decided to pull out due to some teething pains with the motor.
As with making any car that will push the limits this far, things do and can happen.

The good thing is that this will give BOTH me and Ben some time to fine tune our setups.

My other car ran a 15.8@89 , and my old Talon AWD did a 13.4.

I was a little let down, that just about nobody from i-club showed....oh well.

Boys and Girls the date is May 21st...and this time it ain't gonna be pretty

I think the the 10.60 GN and Viper were the two fastest street cars out there last night...
