MARKSTI vs TREYNOR

OK, I'm making this an official challenge: Mark's Vishnu-tuned STi from hell vs "HERVIPR", my wife's tweaked '03 SRT/10 on drag radials. Last time we tried this it was a 2-2 tie, with Mark's quick launches balancing out the Viper's higher trap speed Now Mark is back with a built engine and a bigger turbo, while the Viper has a line lock and a few other goodies. Who will prevail???

Oh, you mean my weekend car? A RENNtech-modified Mercedes SL65: 555 RWHP, 740 RWTQ last time I dyno'd it.

in·sti·gate ( P )
1. To urge on; goad.
2. To stir up; foment.

Granted, a direct challenge is a rather blunt form of (1); but I'm not *forcing* Mark to race me [not that he needs any encouragement ]

Not to mention a poopra or two? I'll give them a yell and see if anyone's man enough to join us

[it's a pity Steve has a Viper GTS now... no more "HERVIPR vs VPRKILR" action...]
