When you get the alignment, can the shop do the camber adjustment for you...in fact how do you adjust camber?

camber adjustment is actually part of the alignment process, so yea they should be able to adjust it for you.
As far as how you set the camber, there's a couple of camber adjustment bolts on the front struts that can be used to set the camber, and (iirc, too lazy to check the service manual) the rear has a couple of camber adjustment bolts connected to the rear lateral link.
