Do you have anything in writing?
and this looks like something too big for small claims court.

are you asking this to protect your commission? by that, i'm asking if you make your commission off a certain percentage of the company's profit.

Legally, I think you are up **** creek this time, however in the future make sure they disclose in writing the price they purchase certain items at. That way if it ever comes down to it, you can take that information to court and say "your honor the paperwork clearly states these units were bought at cost X, and I resold them at Y. I was not compensated accordingly."

I bet if you go about it right you can find the company invoice from the original order with the actual cost on it....

What if you prove to your boss that he screwed you over, then what?

He'll either fire you, or say "tough schitt", and you quit.

Don't work for dishonest bosses unless you're "in" with them...

Sales is a tough gig. At my job the so called "tracking" software does not record all of my sales interactions. Guess how long they've been "fixing" it?

Three years! I am gratefull I get a base salary however.

Funny how they can track my on phone time, vacation time, sick time, how many times I scratch my self, etc. Yet when it comes to my bonus money. There is some glitch.

Thanx for all the replys and yes I am supposed to make 20% of the margin(company profit) and when It comes down to it this sale should have a lot more money coming my way, I also have a very nice salery to fall back on im not exactly a sales man only I do a lot of things in the company however sales is a very large part of it as well.
