Mike does do it at GST but he won't take responsibility for your tranny going boom boom.

Least he did it as of a few weeks ago.

One of those... at your own risk kinds of deals.

Launch control is available on the AP V2 only for 2.5l ECU's. The feature is not available for your 2.0. If you absolutely have to have launch control, some people have used the UTEC solely for launch control. I say this because I would not recommend using a UTEC for the actual tune.

Thanks

TInywrex's launch control patch for open source. It's free for your year. But like what everyone said upgrade your tranny. I used it briefly on my STI till it focked with my tune. Personally I say quit being lazy and learn to launch your car, it's not that hard.

I know EVOs/DSMs have that stutterbox with antilag, so they build boost at launch, and get out of the hole quick.. does help as ive seen the times they run.. be nice to have this option for the subies so we can hang

rev to 5500 release clutch stab gas. I think that pretty much sums up Launch Control.

I am no expert on this one but I actually babied my car launched at 3500 and was able to cut low 1.7 to high 1.6 60ft times which isnt great but its respectable.

is not really worth the launch control on the 5spds, if you do decide to, then say" it was fun while it lasted" .
