I hate to just leave an unresolved thread open so doing an update.

I got tired of checking voltage drops and resitances and decided to purchase a new mobo a month ago. They gave me the wrong one once already and hopefully the right one should be here in a week. All together out $400.

Could've been half of that if I bought from Aliexpress/Alibaba but Im not sure how legit those chinese sites or vendors are.

I would have gone your route. Those sites are very skeptical and I never buy from them. Good luck with rebuilding
