thats shady as hell. especially considering the fact that it has happened to a bunch of people. are you going to the oakland arena show? if it is any consolation, if you want floor tickets, i have never had a problem buying floor from the arena to fairly popular shows there. (ratm, weezer/foo fighters) it still sucks them reneging on their promise though.

so i finally got the damn promotion code from them after the stop payment threat, but thanks to them taking their time to fix the problem the presale tickets have sold out for fresno and oakland

yeah, never bought presale for the oakland arena. its a pretty big venue and the floor can easily hold thousands of people. that and you get alot of people who prefer the seats. i think you can choose the floor option when you order them from ticketmaster. i am debating about going because i am not a huge chili pepper fan but i would like to see the mars volta.

From what I heard, ticketmaster was supposed to send out the emails, not apple. Most people got the email, but either their spam blocker got it, or they ignored an email coming from ticketmaster.

 

Yeah I second that, Apples CS is terrible. My iPod is out of warranty and they wanted to charge me $50 to extend it, simply so they could tell me how to transfer music.
