anyway when are you going to be going to Tahoe? Check out the snowboarding thread in the bay area forums here to chime in. I live in Fairfield and will be going up to Squaw a lot this season. See ya around
Thanks for the info dTek! Totally missed that site. I like how iwsti dedicates a section for GR owners but it doesn't look like the community as a whole is as active as others.

First Tahoe trip will probably be the weekend of the 18th (Northstar's opening day). I'm already locked n loaded with my season pass and even have a trip booked for 3 days in CO in Feb. My gf got me a Neversummer Proto CT as an early birthday gift and I picked up some Rome 390 Boss's to rock on it. I can already smell the powwww

welcome, but the darkside would be more so be the EVOs.. they are less popular, not as close knit family as subies, but they do make more power then us. a lot more in terms of as the mods start going on..

I have an avic 700bt and honestly, I think it's crap (although I can't complain too much because I got it for free). it crashes randomly and just goes on the fritz from time to time. I've heard that eclipse is a much better manufacturer.

oh and...

Congratulations on the new car and welcome to the community. I will definitely throw you a V if I spot you around. And, if you got time, you can check out the friday night meets at Wingstop. I will definitely show up tomorrow.

I might poke by. I had the worst service at the Curtner Wingstop a few weeks ago. I made a simple order for two people and I waited over 30 minutes for my food while everyone who went after me got their food and left. When I finally got my meal and I asked why it took over 30 minutes, the kid behind the counter just gave me a "who knows, who cares" shrug of the shoulder.

Needless to say I was pretty heated when I left. I'm sure starving to death didn't help the matter much. You don't mess with a hungry man. /rant

Enough hate - I don't mean to be a downer. Thanks for the warm welcome guys! Looking forward to meeting you Suby heads soon so we can talk shop!
