Joined the Dark Side - New Suby Owner
Hey guys - I've been lurking around the forums (i-club, iwsti, nasioc) and finally bit the bullet and purchased a '11 OBP STi 4dr. I'm coming from most recently a '06 SSM S2000 and from the S2Ki.com forums and wanted to introduce myself to the Suby crew!
The misses got rid of the SUV and I was "forced" to find a new Tahoe car. After running through a bunch of AWD options:
335xi - used 6sp is impossible to find
A4/5 - too slow, even with APR
S4/5 - just bought a house, didn't need to spend another 60k
Evo - never really wanted one o.0
Golf R - couldn't wait for it, though promising with APR flash
So here I am with the Suby with about 700mi on her so far and loving every inch! Hopefully I'll make it out to one of the meets sooner than later and meet the rest of the gang.

The S2K was stock as a rock with exception of the AEM FIPK.
I've only had the Suby for a few wks and I already have:
32% front/13% rear tint
De-badged
CF trunk trim
Cobb AP
OEM roof rack/board carriers
...so basically I've done more in 2wks than I did in 2yrs with the S. Next up is probably an AVIC-X930BT to replace that horrid stocker and on to suspension. Most likely BC BR and I'm still researching sway brands/sizes. Any opinions/suggestions are appreciated!

awesome pick up man and welcome. Also, check out 3gwrx.com. its a forums dedicated to our model year(s) specifically so you will find TONS of info and good places to order. If you are going to buy BCBRs, give Jason or Vim a call at Forman Performance | Forman Performance is a Subaru tuning shop located in Costa Mesa, CA. they are absolutely the lowest price on those coils. They cant even post the price, you have to call
anyway when are you going to be going to Tahoe? Check out the snowboarding thread in the bay area forums here to chime in. I live in Fairfield and will be going up to Squaw a lot this season. See ya around
