install shops around bay area?
i mean i talked to fftec and they seemed pretty knowledgable about it. i mean they mostly do gt-r's and some evo's they told me about but not much wrx's or sti's. what was your bad experience with them?
I had positive experience with them but I wasn't taking my STI there. That was for another car. They are definitely nice shop and knowledgeable in GTRs, EVOs and Porsches... Not sure about Subarus though. For some basic stuff it probably doesn't matter.
I had an exhaust install and tune done at GST, as they came recommended to me by several sources. Even though I had some minor glitches with the dyno, GST came through and made thing right very quickly. They also managed to book me the day after I called them, so I was a very happy customer.
