Thanks Ray! I may come down Friday if I can get a new battery. I'll let you know (not that you'd have one empty by then).

I can only do hipster art projects if I go to art school in SF.

And if anybody wants to bring it to my house rather than have me pick it up, you can have a pint of whatever I have on tap.
I'm assuming you'll be sharing some with your friends.

5 gallons (technically 5 1/4 to 5 1/2)

I'm going to try to do two batches of the holiday beers so I can bottle some, bring some in this portable draft setup to the family dinners, and some to keg and leave at home. Friends are always welcome to come by and help empty out the kegs.

hey where did you buy your 5 gallon pot from. I used to borrow a friends down the street but now i live in davis. I was gonna go to beer beer and more beer tomorrow but realized that it will probably be more expensive there i was thinking i'd try target or somewhere. I'm stoked I haven't brewed a batch in about 8 months so my roommates and i are gonna get one going for the winter months

Edward Keg-hands? That's hard core! Who's gonna work the taps or is that part of the challenge? Sounds like you should just go all out and get a kiddie pool and a tarp cuz it's gonna get messy!

Anyways.. I need to do a brew. It's been almost a year for me now. Maybe I will drag out all my gear this weekend once I extract one of the broken Subarus from my garage haha....

With enough hard work, anything is possible! Shoot for purple.
