In other states, the cops would have said, hey lets get you to a hospital. Oh, and don't worry I checked out your rifles and they look ok, I'll drop 'em off at your house for you. Only in California man...

 

They didn't ask to search my car either :/ they just tore it all up and i saw it when i got out of the hospital.

 

if you reaked of alki or were strung out on drugs i can udnerstand

but if you were dazed from a crash i would ask some one aobut that

 

nah i wasnt the one drunk or on drugs the guy who hit me was. I was the one ****ed up on a stretcher in the middle of the road with at least 30 cops around. The other guy was found 3 times over legal limit and also on 3 different drugs. They told me when i asked the next day why my car was torn apart they said that its customary to do this in major accidents to see who all is at fault.

 

COPS...its always guilty before innocent...our judicial system is a joke.

Cops even asked husband and i seperately why were were out. We both even said cus it was the truth look in our car our chinese dinner is all over the inside of our car, which it was :/

They couldnt find anything in my car anyway cus there was just tapioca drinks and dinner in there and well it was everywhere and well my camera and folding chair was all. They were so polite to throw my **** around in car anyhow and scratched up my camera. Witnesses even said i wasn't at fault. But again they said they search all cars involved to set up the case. I am sure when they saw my car at first they might have thought it was a speedign thing but really soon after knew it wasn't.

 

id be mad gibz i would have said soemthing to some one in charge
