Mrs Oaf is Innocent of Speeding!!
Yes, just got the letter from court today. 
She decided to fight this ticket via written declaration.
Back in February , she was ticketed for 55 in a 40 zone. I contacted the Roseville's engineering dept. and asked for a copy of the latest speed survey of road she was travelling. The 85th percentile speed was 50 mph, which was how fast she was driving.
Wrote up a letter for her, stating her side of the incident, attached the speed survey, and hand carried to the courthouse on June 30th .
The whole process took about 3 hours of my time and cost nothing.
