If you believe you have an air leak prior to the o2 sensors, youd be running rich and the code that would show up would be different. (probably 171 or 172).

But its intermittent, I hate problems that come and go as they please.
My gas mileage hasn't dropped crazily and there isn't any hesitation\foul smelling exhaust.

Oh well, if the op has gone this many years without issue I don't see why I'd be any different in regards to the cat, if I start to get hesitation I'll pick one up from summit.
