i hate the steriotypical honda ricer
BWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA....... BWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA............. BWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.............. they make me mad putting all those bees in their mufflers! then they want to race at every single stop light and flash their hazards for like 10 mins when you go the speed limit and they putt-putt past you. if i see one more APC decaled fart can altezza civic try to race me im just gonna start throwing stuff at them.

my friend has had many of those experiences. he ignores them, or talks s#it.

and i love how they have SUPER negative camber from their cut springs and zip tie bumpers. they dont understand that when i laugh right at them pointing that im making fun of them. they usually give me thumbs up for some reason. i think im gonna make a sign that says "Your car sucks."

One thing i used to do is give them a thumbs up just long enough for them to give one back, then turn it down all the sudden and make a disgusted face and scream "abukadaat!".
I have no idea what that means, but it makes people feel pretty retarded.
note : the retarded feeling also applies to you if you are the only person in the car. Screaming "abukadaat!" only works if you have a bunch of bro's with you. For solo thumbing missions, i suggest the silent thumbs up/down transition coupled with the sour face. Works like a charm.

No reason to directly insult them....I just either get in front of them and never let them catch up or let them go ahead if I sense they are a crappy driver and wait to see what they will hit.
Oh here's an intersting Honda-boy story: my friend is driving down Ocean street SF in his loud BMW 3 when an Integra pulls up next to him and want to go. My friend hits the gas and gets in front of him immediately, then starts to slow down a few blocks from Junipero Serra. For those of you who know Ocean, you know there's now a Muni train track on the ground. So what happens? My friend is slowing down just as the Integ loses control on the train tracks and the car flips a full 180 degrees after sliding sideways for a while. Luckily they guy didn't hit the center island and didn't hit any other drivers or my friend, but apparently he was very close to knocking cars with the bimmer.
Moral of the story: don't waste your time racing Hondas. Get in an accident racing a Ferrari and you might just get props from your illegal street racing buddies.

may i first say that i do share the same attitude you all share about the stereo typical civic (no need to explain) as a integra owner and wrx owner i have respect for both. what i can never understand is why people bash hondas so much if i remember correctly growing up in the bay area in the early to mid 90's i remember hondas being one of the main cars that set this what we call the import culture on fire. yes it gets irratating when you have some punk kid roll up to and start revving i mean who hasnt i know i have. you got to look at it from the kids point of view mom and dad bought them what they could afford you know that kid is going to make it the best he can just like anyone of is would with our subies regardless of how ricey or cool it looks. thats their prerogative well that just my 2 cents either you love it or you dont. oh and i would love to match up my integra against any of the subies here in performance and handling you will be shocked i guarantee it.
