The only thing left is wheels for the R32 before it can be driven. I think the Brembo GT kit I got is too big for the SSR's. I'm also looking at a set of Rays Engineering wheels in CO but would really like to buy something local - can never tell the true condition from pics.

I may have to give the SSR's away for dirt cheap at this point. Or I can save them for when(ever) I get an STi....

Man, I'm really jealous!
If you want to trade cars, we can arrange something! I have a 2007 STi with about 31k miles on it, mild mods!
(Gray on gold).
Congrats on the purchase man, I'd love to see it in real life! I wish you the best in getting it running, all I ask is that you bring it to a local meet so we can all drool over it.

I'm definitely not stingy and since I sourced the car through i-club, it will remain as a part of this community. so yeah, I do plan on bringing it to meets and what-not. and I am definitely planning on driving this around the bay after I get it reg'd.
My mechanic's got it, BBK should be on by now and all I need is wheels and tires to get it running. I did however find some Rays Eng wheels and might be getting those in another week or two. I'll keep you all posted

damn, I thought everyone had forgotten about this and moved on (I was one of them....)
To say the least, I have been pulling 60 hour weeks at my job, traveling and trying to be a good father and husband - so basically, I haven't done crap to this car.
I picked up a Brembo GT kit, Rays Engineering wheels, tires....and haven't even put them on. I know - I suck
But just yesterday, I gave my mechanic a goal and the authorization - to do what he needs to do to make this a 400-500 awhp vehicle. I'm hoping it will be completed before the summer and that I get to drive it soon (with NV plates). Additionally, he will be working on my wrx wagon too and I'm hoping for a built motor this time
We'll see how it goes and I'll update with pictures as it happens.
Thanks for asking - i-club remains my favorite enthusiast forum and I'm here to stay

this is interesting since I know of a few people who have and drive them in the US - not CA but places like Texas, Arizona, and Oregon. I'll have to get in touch Vandrel to see what he did and if there's any loophole.
and just as I was about have this thing completely re-done....
