yeah I was thinking the same thing... invite EvoM so we can get more participants--> lower price...

we have to get wrexr to come with his track built sti project... and then gary sheenan. and brian lock with his USTCC wrx. evo what?

hah.

but HPDE is a no competition event yo.

I think we should keep it a Suby only event. Cost is important but I would rather spend $25.00 more and have more track time and smaller crouds. I have done many track events and wether your a noob or a pro, you will appreciate smaller run groups and more track time. Besides, I-Club has growen alot in the last year and that alone will mean more people.

the problem is that nobody wants to organize this as people always back out at the last minute for whatever reason and want refunds.

maybe a better idea would be to all decide to go to a track day together as i-Club... or if there is enough interest buy out a run group with another organization?

That's really the best way to do it, for one it strongly discourages anyone from signing up and no-showing, and if anyone does, at least whoever organizes it isn't faced with having to pull money out of their a$$ to pay back the slackers that bailed.
