damn dude.... you're way ahead of me. LOL.

I'm at 206,000 miles and my car is loud as hell. LOL.

I've got front end links, subframe bushings, new exhaust hanger (she's clunking), picking up new rear end links and subframe locks and a couple other bushings. That should get me pretty well quieted down for now.

But I'm expecting a complete bushing kit coming up.

replace the rubber squeegee seals that are on the doors with new ones - this actually wipes the glass when you roll down the window- your noise will go away,
they are supposed to have a felt flocking on them that wears off after years of opening and closing the windows.
Open up the door. Shoot some dry lube where she's squeaking. Try fixing squeaky seat belts.

so the entire rubber triangle piece gets replaced with one that has a felt like material inside? I think im also going to try silicone lubricant which should soak in and re-lube the rubber and not mark the window.

is there a "complete bushing kit"? or am i gonna have to do it by the good ol' bits and pieces method for each one? A good quality "kit" would be the best.

funny how this thread didnt come up on a search.. google has failed me. It is however a great thread and has definitely made me pay more attention to TIC when looking for parts.

Energy Suspension makes a master bushing kit which includes a bunch of the ones I mentioned, but not quite all of them for ~$150. Not sure on the quality but it seems like the same polyurethane. Maybe someone has done a durometer comparison, but I haven't bothered to look for it since most of my bushings are already replaced.

I'd also give Import Image a call and see about setting up a group buy with some others who need bushings (i'm sure there are lots of them around). The tough part is that some of them will need to be installed with the use of a press.

I was talking about the mechanical parts. Not necessarily the felt part. My window is loud as hell so I'm very curious to the best solution on this.
