How to reanimate a car that hasn't been driven in 2 years?

I guess you could call it an oil pump priming attachment.
they def. have these for american V8's, just go to Kragen.

Haha.. I have this process as well to complete on my 1993 Celica All-Trac. Been sitting since late '02. Have new engine and turbo but the rest is pretty spiderwebby.

some just use an old distrbutor and cut off the gear on the top. then attach to drill and prime...
