How many of you actually 'warm-up' your car before a drive?

I remote start and warm up before I go.
If it isn't at operating temp, I drive at low RPMs for about a minute(until it reaches operating temp).
I visually check the tires whenever I can.
I feel them after hard drives to make sure they aren't overheating.
I check the pressures after a big temperature swing, like a 90 degree day, or 40 degree night, and also if any look low.
I check fluids pretty often, like when the hood is open(which is quite often cause I do a lot of fiddling about and folks always want to look at the engine bay), and on trips every fillup.
I always inspect the car after hitting any debris on the freeway, which seem quite often these days.
