According to this link, 130dB is just the "threshold for pain." 160dB is "instant perforation of eardrum."

I had nose rupture my eardrum. It sucks. Thing is still all screwed up like 10 years later.

Well, most tracks around the area including Laguna Seca have a 95db limit and there is a fine if you are really loud...
