I had a honda. non vtec. 8400 red line. strait thru exhaust. If I'd guess I'd say it hit 110 or so and that ****er was LOUD.

my wrx hits probably around 100 and it's pretty damn loud.

That is because you have a perrin exhaust. Those are designed to be loud. :P

i dont have a specific decibel limit, but the SMPD officer that pulled me over said he could hear my saturn 5 blocks away under full throttle
