I think so but you can make your own. Go get a drill and a I'll tell you the rest as soon as you get back.

The tire of course. But be ready with your extended windshield wiper spray cord that you extended with surgical cord for Home Depot. As soon as you make a whole jam the cord is as quickly as possible. Make sure you fill the tire to 65 psi before hand or this could get difficult.
