I would but Im going to be at cochella that week, besides, I would still rather run the STI, it would def be faster on the track than the vette, at least for now

how or why would you port a composite plastic manifold?????

but to give some realative perspective, stock C6s (rated 400 flywheel) put down around 350 on their Dynapack, Stock Z06s put down around 450, I went in there with a Ligenfelter CAI, Z06 exhaust, and ported intake manifold+TB and baselined at 365, with the cam/headers/tune it put me about 20hp shy of a Z06, so apples-to-apples I should be around 480+/- flywheel. Not bad for now, should have the Vortech kit on there by summer to get my another 100+

same way and same reason you port an aluminum one. theres alot of restrictive areas in the stock mani that you can clean up. A good TB+Mani porting regularly picks up an extra 10whp on LS2s.

wasnt aware that there was enough material in those manifolds to allow porting, ive had problems with the C5 manifolds breaking and cracking due to how thin the material was

SWEET! That basically reinforces that 380whp on this and ye old GS dyno is >500hp. If we subscribe to a c6 z06 doing 430-440 on dynopack/jet like you did, and you did 380 on this one...
