On a side note, can CA write me fix it tickets if I'm plated out of state?

I have problems when other people that think they can defy laws of physics by removing much of the safety margins and compliance out of their cars as possible. Braking, handling, suspension and crash dynamics are not subjective; that's my point.

But whatever people like, it's what they like. if we all liked the same, it would be boring.
Out of curiosity; would a HellaFlush car pass SCCA tech inspection and be allowed to run on a track or auto-cross?

IF you are talking about the super stretched hellaflush cars then no, they would not.

But aggressive flush/poke with no stretch would be fine. In fact some cars run with their wheels/tires pretty far out from the car in autox.

As mentioned by a few already, Frush has been illegal since before Frush was even a term and had a Hella added to it.
